- I'm a Lead Baker at L'auberge du lac in Lake Charles, La. I recently received my P&B diploma from Le Cordon Bleu in Portland, Oregon. This is it, my dream. I woke up in the middle of the night and said I'm going to culinary school several years ago and after a long and winding road I am toiling away in the kitchen and loving every minute of it. These cakes are so beautiful, Sarah Beth -- I am even more impressed now than I was before you started this section! I just had to comment on your carrot cake -- my favorite... It's making my mouth water... So glad that you're enjoying yourself so much! Looks like Sweetie Pie's Bake Shop is going to be less bread and more cake! :)
