I'm a Lead Baker at L'auberge du lac in Lake Charles, La. I recently received my P&B diploma from Le Cordon Bleu in Portland, Oregon. This is it, my dream. I woke up in the middle of the night and said I'm going to culinary school several years ago and after a long and winding road I am toiling away in the kitchen and loving every minute of it. So here I am sharing a bit of my journey with you.
